Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Aurzone (the “App”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Lokkhyo (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aurzone. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App or our backend services.

3. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at hello@lokkhyo.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised use of your account.

4. Your data

You own all content you create in the App (tasks, journal entries, workout logs, etc.). By enabling Cloud Sync you grant us a limited licence to store and replicate that content solely to deliver the sync service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Free tier and future paid features

The core App is free. We may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance. Free features already available will not be removed without reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimers

Aurzone is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Fitness, health, and mindfulness features are for personal tracking only — they are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health or exercise routine.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lokkhyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free-tier users).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Profile → Account → Delete Account. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the termination date.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via an in-app notice and a date bump above. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
